Hello James, I wanted to write and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the manner in which you not only led the celebration of my brother's life in the service but also how you gently supported and cajoled me in the run-up to the day. Everyone I spoke to said how wonderful and respectful you were to him, his family and friends, and also how much dignity both yourself and Carl (from Emotions) showed him - someone you had never met.
